LARRY “SUPERMOUTH” HUFFMAN

When Disneyland needed an exciting announcer to join Mario Andretti in introducing their new Rocket Rods ride to over 600 newspapers, magazines, radio and TV stations from around the world they called on Larry Huffman.

Huffman’s TV credits include “Fantasy Island”, “CHiPS”, “Knight Rider”, “Miami Vice” ,“Charlie’s Angels” and “Renegade.”  He was the voice of Supercross for 16 years as well as Mickey Thompson’s main announcer for his offroad races, and the on-screen host for Thompson’s biographical full-length motion picture, “Man in a Steel Cage.”  He has announced motor sports events in Japan, Canada and in virtually every major stadium in the United States.  He has also served as color commentator for ABC, CBS, NBC, TNN, ESPN and Speedvision.  He has hosted his own television show as well as ESPN’s Monster Truck series.

Huffman was heard as the drag race announcer for the award-winning Miller Lite “Weinerdog Winternationals” TV commercial that aired during the Olympics, the World Series and the NFL Superbowl.  His Magic Mountain radio spot, Larry Huffman’s Date won the prestigious Belding Award as the Best Radio Commercial in Southern California.

Larry Huffman has also produced and hosted his own television show, “Motorcycle World with Larry Huffman” and was the host and co-writer of the movie “On Any Sunday II.”

Nicknamed “Supermouth” by the Los Angeles Times for his ability to get the crowds excited at motor sports events and for being clocked at over 300 words per minute on his radio and TV commercials, Larry Huffman also has the dubious distinction of having been imitated by comedians in comedy clubs across the United States. buy propecia
